Shipping policy

Once your order is placed delivery is usually within 2-7 working days.

During busy periods such as Christmas delivery could take up to 10 working days.

If you require delivery sooner for an occasion such as birthday then please call us or email us and we shall try our best to accommodate your request.

Costs: Delivery is usually from £5 to £45 depending on size and weight of your chosen product

Shipping is only in mainland UK and excludes Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland. We may provide shipping to these locations but there will be an additional charge and this will be at our discretion

If an item is deemed lost by one of our third party couriers then we will need to follow their lost item claim processes before we can provide any replacement or refund. This is outside of our control and we would like you to be patient whilst any delivery issues are investigated.
